It’s Ai!
Aitana Del Álamo Aparicio es una joven de 22 años nacida en Valencia, España, el 1 de mayo del 2000 (sí, es tauro).
Aitana Del Álamo Aparicio is a 22-year-old young lady born in Valencia, Spain on May 1, 2000 (yes, she’s taurus).
Los Comienzos.
Ai fue criada principalmente por sus abuelos y creció rodeada de artistas. Su abuela, una perito ceramista con un gran vínculo hacia Ai, fue quien comenzó a enseñarle conocimientos básicos de pintura, dibujo, actividades manuales, costura y habilidades creativas en general.
Durante sus años de educación primaria, Ai pasaría las horas de estudio en una galería de arte contemporáneo, conociendo a algún que otro artista y haciendo volar su imaginación mediante la lectura.
Ai was raised mainly by her grandparents and she grew up surrounded by art(ists). Her grandmother, a ceramist master with an amazingly strong bond with Ai, taught her basic knowldege about painting, drawing, crafting, sewing and creative skills in general.
During primary education, Ai would spend her homework time at her stepfather’s contemporary art gallery, meeting a couple of artists and setting her imagination free through reading.
Últimos Años.
El primer año de Bellas Artes de Aitana comenzó en 2018. Sin embargo, esta experiencia académica se suspendió en la mitad del tercer año debido a problemas personales y familiares (además, el COVID-19 y el periodo de cuarentena hicieron mella en nuestra joven artista).
Pero estamos en 2023, ¿cierto? Digamos que, actualmente, está tratando de forjar su propia trayectoria artística dejando de lado los aspectos más académicos, con esperanzas de descubrir una nueva versión de sí misma como artista (algo así como el resurgir del ave fénix…)
Aitana’s first Fine Arts year began in 2018. However, this academical experience got suspended in the middle of the third year due to personal and familiar issues (also, COVID-19 and post-quarantine made a huge impact on our young artist).
But it’s 2023 already, right? Let’s say she’s currently trying to open her own artistic path putting aside the most academical sources, in hopes of discovering a newer and fresher version of herself as an artist (something like…a phoenix, yeah).
Y entonces… Procionella nació.
Procionella es mi primer paso para llegar a mi meta: Iluminar e inspirar a los demás mediante mi visión de la realidad que me rodea, así como tener el honor de considerarme a mí misma una artista independiente. ¿Me acompañarás en esta aventura?
Procionella is my first step in achieving my dream: To enlight and inspire people through my vision of the reality which surrounds me, as well as having the honor of considering myself a freelance artist. Will you join me in this adventure?
